Data Deletion

This page serves as the Data Deletion Instructions required by the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platform for applications that access data through the Meta Platform Terms. It also serves as the general procedure for exercising the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR for all REVYSTA visitors and clients, not only users connected via Meta.

2. How to request data deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data processed by the REVYSTA application (including data obtained through login or connection with Meta/Facebook), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to office@revysta.sk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. In the email, include your name/account name or hotel name, the email address you used to communicate or connect with us (e.g. a Facebook/Instagram account linked through an advertising partnership), and a brief description of which data you want deleted.
  3. We will confirm your request by email within 5 business days and process it in accordance with Article 12 GDPR within 30 days of receipt (in justified cases extended by a further 2 months, of which we will notify you in advance).

You may also send the request from the email address we already had on file for you - this speeds up identity verification.

3. What data may be deleted

Depending on the nature of the collaboration, this typically includes:

  • Contact data from communication with our team (email, phone, name, hotel name)
  • Technical identifiers and metadata from advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) that REVYSTA had access to for the purpose of managing a client's ad campaigns
  • Analytics and marketing data collected with consent (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) - see our Privacy Policy

Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting and invoicing records for 10 years under Slovak tax law) cannot be deleted before the legal retention period expires - we will inform you of this exception in our response.

4. Meta/Facebook connection

If you, as a client, granted us access to your Meta Business Manager account (e.g. for the purpose of managing advertising campaigns), you can revoke our access to your account yourself at any time, without waiting for us:

  1. In Meta Business Suite, go to Settings → Business assets → People (or Partners, if access was granted through a partnership).
  2. Find the REVYSTA user or application and select Remove access.
  3. Removing access immediately ends REVYSTA's ability to read or modify data in your account.

On request, we will also delete any copies of your account data we stored in our own systems (e.g. campaign performance exports) - follow the steps in section 2 above.

5. Your other rights

In addition to the right to erasure, you also have the right of access, rectification, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. A full overview is available in our Privacy Policy. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with:
