Built by a hotelier, for hoteliers

My wife and I run a mid-sized accommodation in the High Tatras. For years I did what you probably do too: evening after evening scrolling through Booking, logging competitor prices into spreadsheets, researching holidays and events for the year ahead, guessing demand. Never really sure if I was getting the prices right.

All of that ate up hours. Hours I could have spent with my two daughters. Instead, I sat over spreadsheets and still didn't know whether I was underpricing or scaring off bookings with rates set too high.

I tried reaching out to hotel intelligence companies. Their rates started at hundreds of euros per month. And even then I wondered: were they really doing it better than me, or just wrapping the same guesswork in a nicer package?

So I decided to build something that gives answers instead of more questions. First for myself. Then for every hotelier who wants to spend their time on what actually matters.

Research from Harvard Business School (Whillans et al., PNAS 2017) found that people who invest money in saving time are measurably happier, regardless of income level. REVYSTA gives you back exactly that time.

Autumn 2024: First prototype

Started collecting pricing data from Booking.com for our own hotel. Simple scripts and spreadsheets.

Deployed AI agents for automated data analysis and price recommendation generation.

Interactive dashboard, PMS integration, and pricing strategies.

The system runs daily in production at Hotel Sova. Pilot operations with external clients have begun.
