Data & PMS

A connection to your hotel system, owner reports and a shared view across several properties. Recommendations built on your real data, not on guesswork.

Real occupancy instead of guesswork

On the Standard plan and above we connect REVYSTA to your property management system. We see your actual occupancy, booking pace and revenue data, which sharpens the recommendations considerably - and the front desk never has to export anything or enter it twice.

Automatic data import
Occupancy, average rate and revenue data are pulled in automatically, in the background.
Booking pace and pickup
We track how bookings are coming in and flag when a date is falling behind or filling faster than you expected.

Check my occupancy for the next two weeks, weekdays only.
Real occupancy from your PMS, not an estimate. Weekdays next week are sitting at around 62%, but Tuesday to Thursday the week after is lagging near 41%. Booking pace is slower than usual for this time of year, so I'd keep an eye on that weaker week.
Read-only

I read these numbers straight from your system. If you want to respond with pricing, I'll prepare a proposal and you launch it.

An owner's overview, without stitching spreadsheets together

Beyond the morning brief you get regular reports: what is happening today, how the week is moving and how the month closed. They show the connections and the recommendations, not just bare numbers left for you to decode.

Daily, weekly and monthly view
A short daily overview, a weekly pickup and pricing read, and a monthly owner's briefing, all in one place.
Ready for a decision
The reports are a briefing for the owner, not another spreadsheet to work through.

Put together last month's report for me, I don't feel like stitching spreadsheets.
The month closed above plan, carried by the weekends. Occupancy around 68%, average rate slightly higher than the month before. Weekends were full, Wednesdays were the soft spots. Competitors nearby lifted their rates over the holidays while you held yours lower, so I see room to consider about 6%.
A briefing for a decision

The report is a finished briefing for you, not another spreadsheet to decode. The pricing decision stays with you.

Several properties side by side

If you run more than one hotel or guesthouse, you don't have to check them one at a time. You see occupancy, rates and recommendations across every property in a single overview.

All properties at once
Compare performance and recommendations across the whole portfolio, without switching between systems.
Same logic, more houses
Each property has its own market and its own competitors, but a shared overview for the owner.

Which of my three properties is lagging today? I don't want to go through each one separately.
Two are on track, the third is lagging next week. The hotel and the guesthouse are around 70%. The third property is at roughly 44% next week, a slower pickup than its local market. I'd suggest taking a look at that one.
Proposal for approval

Each property has its own market, but you get one shared overview. I'll prepare the pricing move and you confirm it.

From the Standard plan, portfolio in Premium

PMS integration, booking pace and owner reports are part of the Standard and Premium plans. The shared overview across several properties (portfolio) is in the Premium plan. Basic market monitoring works even without a PMS, from the Basic plan.
